Sandals Grenada Resort And Spa

This resort is very clean. Staff is accommodating and very friendly. No complaints. I would suggest a concierge or butler if it's in your budget as they can reserve your chairs at the pool/beach and your restaurant for dinner. As per any resort, you have people that will claim a chair and never show up until later in the afternoon. They are taken up very early in the morning. Overall, the hotel was well maintained and staffed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well serviced - twice a day. The grounds were beautiful with lots of tropical plants throughout. [Details]

Hotel staff were very friendly. The dive team was very professional, doing debriefs every trip out, waiting for everyone to listen and they too were super friendly. The food and beverage manager was very attentive, asked about our experience at a variety of restaurants and the staff catered to my 10 food allergies very well, which is why we choose Sandals. This is the second time in two years we visited this resort. We have visited Sandals resorts 22 times. This hotel is 5 minutes from the airport but you will not hear any airplanes during your stay. The resort is very well maintained, clean and very good food at all the restaurants. The staff are very friendly and very proud of their hotel. They always say hello and are very willing to help you no matter what you require. The management are very friendly and proud of their hotel and its staff and the island. We had a room right on the beach both times we visited it. Passing through the airport and immigration was very smooth and friendly. No issues at all. There is a very good variety of restaurants, Butches Steak house was excellent, Kimonos was excellent and very entertaining. Marios Italian Restaurant was excellent for dinner and Breakfast. Other restaurants available are Spices, excellent for a buffet lunch,(one lunch offered was English food). Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding (An English dish). Hot dog stand, Flamboyant, I think was a French Restaurant, very good. Good exercise room. Two large pools and a hot tub. The pub was also good food. Entertainment was pretty good. We visited this resort Sept.8-15. The resort is outstanding in every way. Although the beach is small, it is private (no kids or vendors) and the view is gorgeous. We plan to return to this resort and give it the highest recommendation. [Details]
