Flamboyant Hotel And Villas

Overall the hotel was very good - clean, staff was very friendly.We were not on the all-inclusive plan so we were able to enjoy a little more variety than some of the other guests. However. Every room has a unforgettable view of Grand Anse and the surrounding area. It is close to shopping, to George Town. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for an inexpensive but more than adequate place to stay. It should be noted that the hotel is located a few hundred feet up from the beach so there are a many stairs. But never mind when you do not have health problem. [Details]

A totally awesome hotel in every way - beach, food, staff, entertainment. The last great unspoiled island in the Caribbean - well worth the extra cost of a longer flight. Been staying at the Flamboyant for 30 yrs now - if you want high rises, Vegas night life and huge buffets, this is NOT the hotel (or island) for you. It's just a great place, very laid back, with awesome and very caring staff at every level. Warning: if you have hip or knee problems, it's 100 steps from your lovely room to the beach and the climb is steep. [Details]

The hotel is situated in a lovely albeit noisy place next to Grand Anse Beach. Traffic was noisy. [Details]

This is not a luxury hotel and it is a little rough around the edges but if you are okay with this you will find the Flamboyant to be staffed by friendly and helpful people. It is clean and comfortable and every room has a million dollar view of Grand Anse and the surrounding area. It is close to shopping and the airport but still remote enough to be relatively peaceful. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for an inexpensive but more than adequate place to stay. It should be noted that the hotel is located a few hundred feet up from the beach on the side of a hill. Because of this there are a lot of stairs to negotiate and it helps to be in decent physical shape but this is what gives you the incredible views and the sense of being away from it all. [Details]

Overall a very nice hotel at a reasonable price. The view of St. Georges and Grand Anse Beach was beautiful although we would have like to be closer to town. [Details]
