I stayed Jan13 to jan 20 one week.Nice hotel. Management at this hotel is not transparent. The hotel had booked a convention covering the main hotel area and beach area. guests were not allowed to use or share the buffet bar. The hotel management should have disclosed that the facility was booked to my travel agent. Guests who complained were upgraded. Melia members were transferred to nearby hotels. New and first time guests were left to stay in one third part of the facility. This is wrong. We paid full price for our vacation. I will not visit again. Disclosure by the company would have solved bad feelings. [Details]
