The Hotel itself is beautiful with excellent rooms which are cleaned perfectly. If you want, you can have your fridge stocked with a new bottle of sparkling wine everyday. The beds are the best I have ever slept in. The beach is also nice but winds and sea currents make swimmnig difficult.There are two small pools where fitness activities take place, no pool parties here. Drinks everywhere are well made and premium liquor is freely available.
The only downside was the food that was of poor quality, I have had better in Cuba. Room service food was the same with breakfast looking nothing like the illustrations.There also seemed to be a shortage of staff at the bars and cleaners.
This is a lovely quiet resort, no foam parties or loud music, and is perfect for a relaxing vacation, but I expect better food for this pricepoint. Get that improved and it would be my first choice for a Carribean vacation. [Details]

This was our second visit to Zoetry Agua Punta Cana. We love the small scale of the resort and the personal attention the staff pay to each guest. We were pleasantly surprised to see how many staff remembered us. [Details]

The strong points

Personal attention that is curated to your needs and wants. We were able to arrange regular morning coffee and pastries delivered to our door, customize our mini bar choices, swap out in room amenities and other personalized options.

The weak points

We had a small maintenance issue with our room , but we received conflicting information on how it would be resolved, I think because there wasn't proper information handoff between the overnight and day maintenance shifts.
