The strong points

Staff and Cuban people were amazingly helpful and informative. A great resort, but wished the gym and other services were open 24 hrs.

The weak points

The buffet lines could be better organized with sandwich press in the middle of the food lineup. Rude tourists constantly butting into lineup. I had to speak up many times and inform people where the back of the lineup was.
