Our room with a view wasn't ready the first night but that didn't matter as we arrived at 11:30pm....we were told to call down by 11am....that turned into later! They sent a bell boy and he helped us move to the 7th floor [Details]

The strong points

Beautiful rooms....fully stocked....clean...coffee/latte machines on 5th/7th floors. Concierge very friendly. Showers in gym available after you have checked out and before flying out if later flight.

The weak points

Just not having our room available. Having to move a bit of a pain. Packing up again.

We stayed for three nights.Will definitely return. Location was so convenient. Staff were very professional, friendly and efficient. Beautiful rooms. Not having a restaurant was not an issue as their breakfast buffet was lovely.Nice casino with very attentive service from the lounge staff. [Details]
