I had a wonderful time, we ate we drank we relaxed we partied. It is everything you imagine and more. The stay was a good week away from normal life. Hotel and resort is massive with so many restaurants to choose from. Beach and pool were both good times minus all the kids running around. The strong points

Beach and hotel are very nice. When seated, service is awesome. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean.

The weak points

Line ups everywhere, for everything. Hotel seems to operate at maximum capacity and that creates waits at every corner (for food, drinks, and even getting in and out of the pool).

I've never been down south and I was in awe as soon as we walked on the resort. The whole thing was amazing and felt like a dream :) the resort was beautiful, fun, and entertaining! All of the staff were so kind with genuine smiles, that made you feel at home ❤️ I hope I can get back there someday because I absolutely loved Cancun and this resort. Tropical paradise ☀️ [Details]

The strong points

I would quickly make my bed but the housekeeper would be by and make it perfect everyday. It was nice to sleep in at the end of a long day. Diana gave me the best massage I've ever had in the spa. I almost fell asleep. The resort had so much to do!

The weak points

I wish you could buy drinks and stay out later than 1am but it's probably for the best haha

Clean, service was great, management and staff were approachable and friendly. Any issue was dealt with promptly..The quality and diversity of places to eat and entertainment was great.

The weak points

The week we were there the ocean was rough and a lot of seaweed was floating and on the beach.
