I just love this resort so much, I could go back again tomorrow! I've stayed at many places before but this one is just my vibe. Food amazing, room amazing, and people amazing! I'm 364 days until my next visit and already cannot wait!

Our first time at the resort and we were pleased! Normally we go to larger resorts but wanted to try something a little smaller. We had an amazing worker named Annalee help service us each buffet breakfest and lunch. We went with another family of 4 so we were a big group of 8 and she was so kind, patient with the small children, amazing lady, she made our experience that much better!! Overall great location food was DELICIOUS! Such a variety, kids loved the options also like chicken nuggets. I loved the pumpkin soup!! Clean beautiful location, beach was gorgeous. Service from staff was excellent, entertainment, all very good! Would recommend and will be going back!

We walked into this beautifully maintained smaller resort, and were welcomed as if we were coming home. The kindness of the staff was unmatched, their thoughtfulness & genuine personalities went above and beyond. The food was spectacular, the pool clean & warm, & the drinks were delicious. The entertainment was wonderful as well, definitely a more low-key resort- it felt more like a getaway or rejuvenating retreat than some of the party resorts. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived with a complimentary rum punch in our hand at check in services the experience was fantastic. Friendly and attentive staff made our welcome feel warm and inviting. Immediately we felt welcomed. Upon arriving to our room we were blown away at how clean and spacious the room was, checking out the balcony was a little off putting at first as we discovered we would have some “neighbors” across the fence during our stay, we communicated with the men and made a peace offering, we gave them a few supplies and some cash if they would promise not to bother us during our stay, they kept their word and we only got a good morning greeting from them for the duration of our stay and once in a while small talk, they became friends and we hope we will get a room on that side of the hotel again next year.

Only thing good about this resort is the cleanliness. Pool closes at 6; drinks tasted bad like a liquid mix; some staff not nice while others were amazing; they have a staff shortage-waited 2 hours for security to open my safe and they never came. Food was mediocre and they ran out a lot of many complaints from guests and sometimes the food did not taste well. This place is too expensive to just sit at the pool or on the beach. Even the restaurants were mediocre. To be I. Jamaica and not have Jamaican food is crazy to me. Guest shouldn't have to complain about this. Also the children should not be entertaining their parents in a nightly basis. Family resort doesn't mean everyone goes to bed at 10. A part of the resort could be for entertainment purposes. Also staff are stretched so thin some of them act like they don't want to be there. They taken their frustration on the guests. They need to understand that if people stop going to your resort, you are all out of a job. Only recommended for families with little kids. Not adults

This resort is amazing from check in it was easy and smooth. The people are very friendly and helpful. The beach is amazing the food was delicious and never had any problems finding something to eat. The buffet staff was fantastic and very attentive. The coffee is the best ever. The restaurants were the best and the staff made you feel welcomed. The drinks were fabulous and the bar staff was professional and very friendly. I can't say enough about this resort everything was top notch.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Everything is closeby (room, restaurants, beach) which is very convenient. Most rooms have ocean view on a spectacular beach. Food was very good, I would definitely return.

Very good. As soon I enter my room I pull sheets off looking for bed bugs and roaches as some reviews mentioned. Haven't seen any. Rooms are kept clean and fresh smelling. Staff worked tirelessly to keep this resort clean inside and out. Happy I went there for a week. Food are good lots of it. We are not drinkers. Looks like they have a variety of drinks. Highly recommend. You wouldn't be disappointed.

I will not attend this hotel again. Customer service was terrible.
