Would highly recommend the resort everything was great.Staff very helpful and food was really good.

I had a short 4 night stay at this beautiful resort with 10 friends. There are so many restaurants to choose from. The staff as amazing. The nightly entertainment is outstanding. My the stage to the piano bar, you will love it all. The beaches were fabulous. The pools are amazing. I can't wait to come back.

Not at all impressed

Very dirty dishes at buffet

Upon arrival, we noticed through room phone wasn't working, and took 3 days after we reported it to have someone come and take a look. Then they knocked on our door 12 midnight when we were both asleep to let us know they were there . Scared the &%$ out of us. Much the same happened with our TV. No TV for several days. Not nearly enough wall plugs in room. Bathroom toilet leaned from day 1 and was never fixed. It was extremely dangerous with the wet floors. Day four, came back to our room and a naked man on our bed drunk and passed out. Only could have gotten in when cleaning lady was there.We reported this and gave all the info to security including picture of man, the man's correct room # and time of incident. Realized our phone charger was stolen. Security told us they needed to search our room to see if we misplaced it. Never mind just going to the mans room and ask him to return it. While they were searching our room, my wife luggage was totally looked through including her very personal belongings. She felt devastated and sooo violated. She was truly traumatized with how this was handled especially when security knew where it was and definitely didn't have to do this. This vacation at Bahai principe escape runway bay was our worst vacation ever.

We were at Sandals Dunn's River end of November and this resort was first class all the way. The resort was clean with well kept grounds and rooms. Excellent food with a variety to meet everyone's pallet. Attention to detail was above and beyond with a special shout out to Jermaine T. & Dwight at Zuka.

Overall, first impressions of the the hotel was that it was well furnished and the atmosphere was great. It took 7 hours for our room to be ready (arrived at 11am, got in the wrong room at 6pm) and we still had to get the room corrected. The food tasted very good and all the female staff were very nice and cordial. The male staff were overly flirtatious - but other than that they did their job. Entertainment was fun and engaging but there's a clear discrepancy between the two decameron properties, one is clearly geared towards a younger audience and the other an older. The beach was always clean aside for rude guests expecting people to clean up after them. The pool was foggy but not overtly nasty. The room service was good but very slow and wifi was incredibly patchy. If it wasn't for the female staff my stay would not have been that great.

Everything about the resort is designed in an impressive manner, from the sheer physical size of the grounds to the beautifully appointed rooms. They even upgraded our rooms because one of our group was celebrating her birthday. Would definitely go back !

this was our first all inclusive trip in 20 years (we have been to 33 countries so travel a lot). The resort was lovely and it was great to have reciprocal with the Cornwall resort next door. The room was large and although the decor and bathroom was dated, it was kept clean. We did not have any problem with hot water or pressure, we were on the 2nd floor. The food in the restaurants was very good and lots of it. There were 3 pools that were very clean and a lovely beach area at each resort. You can find lots of tours at the desk in the lobby. There are guest activities on an ongoing basis and good shows in the evening. We enjoyed our stay here.

LOVED IT ALL! NEXT TIME WALKY TALKIES WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA TO BRING. ALL THE STAFF WERE FABULOUS!
