My Overall experience while enjoying the beauty of this resort was amazing. I do not have anything negative feelings.

From walking in the door on day one until leaving on day seven I was treated with a big smile a kind heart and absolutely the best service.

The resort itself was amazing, the staff are accommodating and will go the extra to help. In all areas. [Details]

We had a wonderful week celebrating our Anniversary at the new Riu Aquarelle. The food and service at this hotel is top notch and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we had to deal with a hurricane during our stay and everything we had planned to celebrate our anniversary was cancelled. My only negative feedback is the photo shoot I had booked on the beach for the day before the hurricane got cancelled (not sure why as the weather was beautiful that day) and no one bothered to communicate to us it was cancelled. If the hotel really wants to excel in their service they need to improve how they communicate changes/cancellations to clients. Overall all we had a great week and love Jamaica. [Details]
