This is my second time to visit this resort. I love gtand memories so much. I was happy that many of the staff remembered that I have visited here before. Malvia and Cesar invited me sunset cocktail event. It was so nice. It's the best spot for sunset pictures. Yoel, Ever, Alejandro who work at yhe lobby bar make customized cocktail for me. Although it was solo trip, i didn't feel lonely due to those friendly Cuban friends. [Details]

This resort is so perfect for kids! We travelled with our 3 and they had a great time. All of the staff were wonderful, from the servers, the front desk, bartenders, cleaning crew and especially the vibe team! Specifically Galendy and her crew always made sure our family was having fun and involved. Thank you for helping make our vacation so memorable. The Splash park was amazing!! [Details]

The only thing I didn't love was that people could smoke wherever they wanted. Maybe having smoking areas would be better?

Great resort especially for families. They have two pools, and water park.Had a great experience with Resturant staff,bar,water park, and entertainment staff. Always lots of food choices at buffet, and all three a la carte were good. Resort is very clean, beautiful and updated. [Details]

The weak points
Rooms close to social club will experience loud music 8pm to around 10pm. Could be struggle for young children to sleep. Seating for a la carte can be frustrating on higher guest days. Without diamond club during these days, be in line before they open.

- water park has great slides for all ages
- peacocks roaming the grounds is fun for the kids
- diamond club pool had lots of chairs available without needing to save them
The weak points
- diamond club is overrated, wouldn't recommend as premium drinks are not available to every bar
- not many gluten free options
- beach chairs near impossible to find if you didn't go at first light
- social schedules changed often without notice

The service is really not worth your buck... Came here for 2 weeks and was ready to leave after the first full day...
If your industry relies on tourism, you need to take a serious look in the mirror and start training your employees adequately....
Overall, beside the waterpark, it's lifeguards and the Vibe team I wouldn't rate this passed a 3 star
Just came out of Under the Sea restaurant, ordered a squid entree, they came hard as a rock, borderline burned, the oil used to fry them must have been at least 2 days old...
The tuna tartar was a dump of tuna with lime on it, ordered the surf and turf as a main course, asked for well done, got a pink chewy piece of meat with dry shrimps and dry salmon...
First day, my daughter got a dress stolen from her while at the waterpark... When we went to report the issue to the reception... One clerk told me to act as if she was not there and speak to her colleague, when I did, she laughed at me & my crying daughter and pointed me to the lost and stolen desk .. No eye contact no empathy no nothing...
Employees speak to you as they d speak among themselves, lack of warmness, care... For the amount of money spent I for sure didn't feel welcome here unless I was dealt with the guest room manager Estafini, God Bless her....
I have been to Fantasia Bahia principe and it s night and day with this dump....
I really hope you bring some serious upgrades not only to your infrastructures but your employees overall... You are starting to take tourists for granted and it shows in the terrible quality of service provided to your guests... I would Never recommend this place at the price you charged me, my daughter and fiancee for 2 weeks... Over 7k...

We are staying at the hotel for two weeks! So far our experience is amazing. The rooms are clean everyday, the staff are very friendly. Ramon has been taking care of us since we've come. He saves us seats under the umbrella everyday and always has a smile on his face!!! He is amazing! Food is great with a la care restaurants. Shows are great to see at night, definitely will be back again. [Details]

Punta Cana has amazing beaches! our stay overall was just ok. We had purchased the Diamond Club package and it's not really worth it! We were booked for a Kids free room but didn't get it and when I went back to the DC lobby they said it might say that on the sheet but that's not the room i was booked for. There was a pawn next to our building and we had peacocks scream all night...not exaggerating. I was talking to another lady in our building and she had to go buy ear plugs. DC members had access to a private part of the beachand we would go put towels on our chairs at 7am but the representatives would give them away, you are only allowed 30 minutes to hold them. The food was really good but the service was not...we had to ask for water/drinks at every meal and sometimes would be almost done eating before getting it. I ran out of kleenex the first night in our room and it was never replaced. They never cleaned my coffee pot and some days I had no coffee to make, had to call for some. [Details]

Overall 110% satisfied. Best hotel ever. Excellent staff.
The weak points
Not a direct flight on our way back. Suppositly only have to stop for fuel. But we stop for fuel for over an hr. Whick makes the flight back an extra hr and half.
