"I thoroughly enjoyed the beach, which is undoubtedly one of the best in Cuba. The turquoise waters and soft, powdery white sand were absolutely stunning. The staff were always friendly and went out of their way to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. The resort has expanded significantly now that the Blu side is open, and the pools are quite lovely. The rooms were decent overall, though the audio equipment was exceptional – you could really feel the bass in your bed at 3 AM most nights, whether the party was at the pool or the beach.

The variety and quality of food could be improved. If you're a picky eater, it may be helpful to bring some of your own favorites, such as butter or peanut butter, and set your expectations accordingly. Many meals are served at the grills, so it's worth noting that there can be quite a few flies in the area.

It's also a good idea to bring your own toilet paper, soap, or hand sanitizer, as the availability in public restrooms can be inconsistent. Lastly, while it's not something the management can directly control, a little more consideration towards fellow guests would certainly enhance the overall experience. Les employés de l'hotel sont wow, très serviable et à l'ecoute! La nourriture est basic mais nous avons manqué de rien. Eau chaude toute le séjour, bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Les femmes de chambres font un excellent travail. Resort très tranquille, grand et vraiment propre. [Details]

Nous étions seulement 3 dans tout l'hôtel côté Blu. Pas d'eau chaude, aucun restaurant ouvert, aucun buffet, aucune activité, nous devions aller manger du côté Musique. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre pour aller du côté Musique puisque le seul reataurant ouvert sur le resort était le grill et nous devions marcher 10-15 minutes à chaque fois. [Details]
