Excellent location within Palm Springs and excellent accomodation. Room cleaning crew awesome. Grounds and pool require better cleanliness protocols (dirt in pool often). More onsite food selection choices would also be helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at BW Las Brisas. I chose BW because their service is consistently good and the location, an easy breezy walk to Down Town Palm Springs, appealed to me. However, my positive expectations were surpassed. Clean, serene, grounds beautifully landscaped...I will definitely go back :).

Not enough water to drink in the room. I had to ask house keeping to replenish toiletries after the room had been cleaned.

Great service. When you went to the front desk or asked anybody working there for something they would help you. The beds are so comfortable. All-around just a great place to go.

Great location, close to airport and such a beautiful space. The hotel is a bit older but kept in great shape! The pool and view of the golf course and mountains show off an amazing Palm Springs sunset every day! The staff are friendly and professional, Samantha sent me lovely text messages to see how everything was going throughout our stay and Omar the bartender was especially wonderful! Worth a repeat, thanks for having us.

5 night stay at Palm mountain resort

Resort is in need of updating and repair but it seems like they are working on that. Can't beat the price and most of all the location. Smack in the middle of the section of Palm Springs where all the shops, restaurants etc. are.
