The strong points

the shuttle service was really efficient. I felt safe, and it was great not having to worry about parking. All the staff were knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

The weak points

It would have been nice if the pub/restaurant had a bit more variety on the menu.

The Saguaro was close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs. Service was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping was good. Pool was warm, hot tubs were great and courtyard, in general, was attractive and functional. Fridge and no-charge safe were nice features. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food/restaurants. [Details]

Comfortable bed, clean and cheerful ambiance in room and courtyard.

The weak points

Ice machine on third floor worked only sporadically.

This hotel is a great location right across the street from an out-door mall with banks, restaurants, grocery store. Fantastic friendly staff and we really appreciated the free shuttle downtown and to/from the airport. We will be back and highly recommend The Saguaro! [Details]
