Great hotel in a wonderful location. The Canal Street subway is right around the corner, connecting you to all of New York within minutes. Canal Street is a main road and can be noisy with horns honking and sirens; if you just accept this is part of NYC, you'll be fine. It wasn't loud enough to wake me in the night but loud enough to hear whilst falling asleep.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is excellent and service was above and beyond. What you've come to expect from a Sheraton brand hotel. [Details]

Great Hotel, nestled in the middle on Tribeca - you would walk by not knowing it was a hotel - only when you look up and see the floors do you realize its a hotel! [Details]

The hotel is situated on the lower Manhattan. It's close to subway station (around the block) and China Town, Soho and Little Italy; all within 20 min. walking. The staffs are very professional and helpful. The room is clean and adequate enough for our stay. [Details]

Location is great. Ask for a quiet room as the front is a bit noisy.

The weak points

Charges on internet in the room. Only one bag of regular coffee for one cup for two people. Need to ask all the time.

I like some little details about the rooms. Like the design of the shower room; it's comfortable. And the speaker for ipod...I forgot my adapter, so it saved me from out of battery. The pillows are soft. And there is a fitness centre although I didn't use it because I didn't bring any gym clothes. [Details]
