Nice hotel. Felt like I was given a bad room due to booking at a discount rate. Requested a new room and was eventually given one but along with some attitude. Beds seem old and very creaky.

Pool and location are great. Overall a nice hotel. Wouldn't pay full price. [Details]

Excellent service. Staff were fantastic. Location is good... Once we figured out where things were we were good. Beach is a bit of a walk... And it's really only ok. Hotel pool was great though... Lots of chairs and no issues with location around the pool. [Details]

This is one of the best hotels that we've stayed at in Florida. The staff at the Crowne Plaza Hollywood beat those at the Ritz's hands down.
This is our first time at the Crowne Plaza and it certainly won't be be our last. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay. We loved the pool and the room's layout.
