We had a great time at this resort with our two small children. The beach, although small is absolutely beautiful. The pool amenities are perfect for our kids, age 4 and 7. The lazy river was a real crowd pleaser and it's nice that the pool starts out shallow and gets deeper (to a max of 3ft). The restaurants all have child friendly options and the food was always fresh and delicious.
We were concerned that our room would be small but it was comfortable for four of us. Rooms and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the cruise ships arriving each morning and departing late afternoon. DONT keep food in your room as it will attract ants.
There is no nightlife and no entertainment at night. Everything in Nassau starts to wind down by 6pm.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall would visit again. [Details]

The strong points
Great restaurants. Beautiful beach. Clean resort. Friendly and pleasant staff.
The weak points
Very busy during the days when the cruise ship visitors pile onto the beach. Resort allows them to purchase a day pass and use the amenities. Would be nice to give some preference to guests staying at the hotel.

We booked this hotel because it was walking distance to all the downtown shops and in a beautiful location on the beach. Got to watch all this ships come in. This is one of the nicer family friendly resorts in the area. Its not a ridiculously crazy busy like Atlantis which is great. No line-ups when we went. Could always get a seat by the pool. Entertainment was more for teens . Adults have the nicer pool and hot tub. [Details]
