The Hard Rock Hotel was an amazing resort for our family. The little gestures were very much appreciated. Our young son was not feeling well when we arrived and the conceiger Taylor sent up a special package containing a free movie popcorn and other treats knowing we would be staying in for the night. The gesture put a smile on all our faces. The restaurants had a wide selection of dishes to choose from and were delicious! Pool was beautiful, the hotel was beautiful, clean, friendly and would recommend it to everyone! I forgot one other thing, early entry to Universal Parks, bonus!!!! [Details]

The strong points

Decor of the hotel was energizing,loved it. The Palm Restaurant- a must! The Kitchen Restaurant for breakfast, delicious (try the Elvis french toast). The pool area was fun for all, water slide, activities and live music were great.
