Terrible Experience

We stayed at Row NYC in early June 2017. The hotel was unclean, extremely busy and loud both inside the hotel and from street traffic when inside the rooms. Also multiple items were stolen from our room with no reimbursement from the hotel. Very disappointing. DO NOT STAY HERE! [Details]
