Better value for dollar spend at other hotels. WIFI cuts out in rooms, $25 per day resort fee should insure proper coverage. Rooms need work, hotel is renovating this spring. [Details]

The strong points

We were pleasantly surprised at our room which was a suite rather than room. It was beautiful, well decorated and clean.

The weak points

We were disappointed with the location of rhe hotel and how removed and far it was from the amenities and the rest of the activities.

- liked the boutique feel of the hotel
- all rooms are suites; spacious and having the 2nd bathroom and separate entertaining area was nice
- be aware the daily "resort fee" is NOT included in the package price. $20.16 per day adds up.
- was charged for a mini bar item that we did not touch or consume
- did not get the high floor or king sized bed we requested
- room was starting to feel a bit run down - walls were banged up in areas, linens were a bit worn
- phones were answered quickly when we called front desk/housekeeping/bell staff [Details]

No check in lineups. It is a quieter place than the rest of the hotels. Nice wave pool. Tram to Excalabur.

Check out is 11am.

Nice hotel rooms. Great beach. Great breakfast at The Cafe, other than that, nothing spectacular and evrything else is overpriced. Avoid The Mix restaurant... food is definately not worth the price. there are so many better resaurants in Vegas. After walking up and down the strip, noticed there are a lot nicer and funner hotels to stay at. Also, they lost my luggage!!! [Details]
