For what this hotel charges they need to step up their game.
Breakfast needs more variety, scrambled eggs and sausages every morning?? The breakfast potatoes were always soggy.
Quite a few housekeeping cannot speak any English, they try hard to help you but it's frustrating when they can't speak any English.
Pool temp was too cold for May, temp should be adjusted for the seasons
Hot tub temp was different every time we used, from just right to too hot.
Corner rooms are quite small, not sure how they get the online pictures to make them look so big. Once the sofa bed is out there is not much room to move around. Corner rooms have no dressers.

Front desk staff was friendly and professional and Issues dealt with promptly.
Hotel is always clean and modern looking.
Had to change rooms multiple times due to road noise which gets loud at night to the the Convention center fans which sound like airplane engines throughout the night. They should have splurged on better windows.
Close to the Disney. The CVS next door had just about everything you need except fresh vegetables and fruit.
Would we stay here again? Probably not.
