The strong points

Staff. We went to all the pools and the staff at the adult pool (J.P., Marcos and Christian) were by far the most attentive and cordial. Way to go guys!

The weak points

Water was not hot for showers Could hear the neighbours (very well) It was spring break unfortunately. I don't think 18 should be classified as adult. Kids were loud and rude in the hot tubs.

Hotel was amazing, we had an amazing experience, hotel was clean all the staff was amazing. One staff member that stood out the most was Victor our personal assistant. He was extremely helpful and always made sure we were well looked after.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, I have travelled to many places in Mexico, this was by far the best hotel. [Details]
