This is a 3* resort at best. The resort is in need of updates. We upgraded to the altitude club which allowed us to eat at more options for meals. This saved us as the buffet is terrible. The pools are good but need upgrading. Tiles from the bottom of the pool are coming off and are sharp which cut someone in our groups foot. [Details]

Hotel itself is lovely and the grounds are well maintained. We found easy accessibility to everywhere we wanted to go. As it was off season, the buffet was not open much for dinners, but the individual restaurants more than made up for it. We had the breakfast buffet daily and loved the variety/quality of food. Special staff: Maricela who seemed to work everywhere from the buffet to special restaurants, she's amazing! Pool bar staff: Ismael, Angel, Ulises, Fernando. Coffee shop: Karen, Buffet: Olga, Cecilia, Maricela, Yolanda. Bel air: Ivette and Gustavo. Main reception: Edouardo. [Details]

The strong points
Your staff is definitely your strong point. The facility seems well maintained.
The weak points
There needs to be a railing on the pool bar side as the steps are so deep. There are 2 sets on the other side, but they are often inaccessible due to the volleyball nets set up. Many people commented on this issue. Very difficult for seniors.

Not up to the usual standard we've come to expect staying at 4* ( ) All Inclusive hotels in Mexico. Check-in took almost 20minutes - and not even a welcome drink! The resort is right beside a busy highway so although the pool area looks out onto the beach our room's entry door was off a corridor right by the delivery area. Almost every morning at 5.30/6am there would be a delivery truck beeping/reversing close to the room. The hotel just looks very tired and in need of updating everywhere. Chipped and cracked flooring along the corridors. Rusty railings on balconies. Lots of broken tiles in the pool and exposed concrete. The lobby bar has zero atmosphere (even in the evenings - very few people used it). Our room was very beaten up...TV screen was damaged, holes in the walls in places, we had no chairs/table on the balcony when we arrived. Some were delivered - they were very rusty and the upholstery was almost threadbare. No where to put toiletries in the shower - other than on the floor. The mini-bar offerings were very basic compared to a lot of All Inclusive's we've stayed at. Even the room key cars were all faded and worn. Towels were pretty well used - rough and not very white anymore. We asked for decaf coffee pods for the machine in the room twice and never received any. Loungers by the pool are solid wood with a very thin water-repellant cushion. They were SO uncomfortable if you just wanted to spend the day by the pool. The buffet food (for breakfast and lunch was pretty basic and uninspired. The food in the Asian, Mexican, and Italian restaurants was better. The food in The Grill was AWFUL! Overall we would NOT recommend this resort - it was expensive for what was delivered. We won't return to the Krystal Grand. [Details]

The resort was very welcoming. The lobby overlook the pools and the beach. There is a nice breeze through the lobby all the time. Right away after you check in, you will be greeted by agents trying to sell timeshare. I was a little bit disappointed because the spot did not have hydrotherapy like I thought it did. The bedrooms were quite clean. However we are unable to get our AC lower than 25°C. Please remember to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body cream. The hotel only provides so far, and shampoo. The mini fridge was stocked daily. Our room isn't the cleanest. But we were okay with it since we only stay three nights. Room service and restaurant stuff was friendly and courteous. The food was decent for this price point. We had a good experience at the Mexican restaurant and the Italian restaurant. The one plays we visited most often is the cafe next to the lobby. [Details]

This hotel advertises that it is a 4 1/2 to a 5 star it is not at best it is a 2 to a 2 1/2 star! There were cockroaches in the rooms which were dirty! There was No entertainment at all at night time, you had to have a towel card and if you lost it they charged you 95$US, I was without coffee cups in my room for 4 days which was asked for about 4 times to 4 different people! When they came in to clean the rooms they did not change the bedding or clean the bathroom they made the bed and slightly ran a broom on the floor! You had to make reservations at all the restaurants ( which were only 4) so you had to start lining up at 8 in the morning and wait till 9 to maybe get a reservation! ( was not guaranteed you would have a place to eat that night) the buffet was leftovers from the restaurants from the night before and very small buffet only sixteen different dishes , hardly any fruit or salad and sausages to them were cut up hotdogs! The resort was small and could not accommodate the amount of people there so you could never sit by the pool! All in all was very dissatisfied with what it cost to stay there and what you got! The resort was not one I will ever go back to! [Details]

Let's preface this review by saying that it's been a few years since my last vacation (pre COVID). I see comments suggesting that things have changed since COVID, which is understandable, but money should be the great equalizer. My most recent trip cost triple the price of a pre COVID trip, the perceived value wasn't tripled, nor doubled nor was it even on par with service and satisfaction pre COVID.
The Good Krystal Grand Los Cabos resort is absolutely beautiful, with some spectacular views from our suite. Early morning sunrises from our balcony lent to the occasional glimpses of whales as they swam by the resort. The views from the main lobby are breathtaking. Lounging areas are plentiful. Getting around the facility is quite easy, as the layout is well utilized. Elevators are very speedy, and appear promptly at any time of the day. Our suite was gorgeous, and spacious. The bathroom had an incredibly large shower with both hand spray and rainfall shower head. The water pressure was constant and abundant, which we envied (having water restrictions on pressure back home). The king-size bed sat across an LCD tv, sitting on a cabinet that housed the bar fridges (which was replenished daily). Adjacent the bed was a sliding glass door which opened onto a fairly sized balcony. Most balconies, from what we saw, were furnished with a table and chairs, however not ours. We asked the service desk to get us a small table, and we would use our room chairs, and they refused to help (This is an ongoing theme). TAKE A BITE cafe is phenomenal!! Staff is extremely knowledgeable in making signature coffees, and the complimentary dessert case is always fully stocked. My only disappointment is the lineups, which I'll discuss later. SURFOs bar and snack area is also amazing. The staff here are exceptional workers trying their best to accommodate and fill the waves of orders they receive, while trying to also serve walkup patrons and poolside guests. The Lobby Bar is a great place, with some missed potential. While the bartender I observed was excellent, hard working, and very courteous, unfortunately he was always overwhelmed. The bar also had limited seating, and nowhere for groups of 4 to sit.
The Bad Our suite was missing balcony furniture, as I mentioned earlier. We asked the service desk and their answer was, sorry we don't have any. It seemed every time we went to the hotel service counter, they were not helpful, nor did they seem to try. This issue was resolved by our fantastic cleaning lady. We left a note asking if she could get us a table, so we could enjoy whale watching while having morning coffee. When we got back that day, a table was on our balcony. The toilet in our suite wouldn't flush properly, very poor pressure which barely cleaned out liquids(without me getting into detail). The service desk staff said they would have it fixed, but the situation remained. We visited the service desk several times during our stay about the toilet situation, finally the second to last day they offered to switch our room, which we didn't want to do at this point. Our poor cleaning lady was left with plunging the toilet almost every day, even though we were using the lobby toilets most of the time. The food at the a la carte restaurants is quite good, but the service isn't on the same level. This falls under the bad category, because the service quality goes from great to awful, depending on who is serving you. Some staff are well trained and seasoned servers who understand the elements of fine dining, and just dining In general, while others seem to only be interested in clearing plates. We often went the whole meal without having our drink orders filled (getting drinks seemed like an ordeal, throughout the resort, you weren't allowed to get your own, yet wait staff seldom took initiative to offer drinks). Service was the worst at “O” the buffet restaurant, where we waited to be seated, and the server for our section never came over to serve us. He cleaned the dirty plates from our table, but never offered us drinks, we eventually grabbed them ourselves from the waiters station. This happened on more than one occasion, and made dining at the buffet very unpleasant. Sometimes you would receive your meals before your appetizers, or everything would come out at once, and your entree would get cold. Internet quality and reception diminished as you moved away from the lobby. In our room the internet would routinely drop out. There were days where the ability to surf or stream was possible and others where you just could stay connected for more than a few seconds.
The Ugly Lineups!!! This was the worst part of our stay, the constant waiting in line. You want a morning espresso, well wait in line(30 minutes one morning). Want a drink, you have to wait. Want to hit the buffet to eat, you have to wait to be seated. Want to reserve dinner, well then line up first thing in the morning or you'll miss out, as we did, because we were wrongfully informed of dinner options. Regardless, everything you might want is hidden behind a paywall of waiting in line for. Waiting in line goes against the essence of an all inclusive resort appeal. Even with reservations to al la carte dining, it's wait to be seated, wait to be served, and wait for service (dinner took 2 hours one night, with all dishes being served at once, and even if we asked for water refills, we never got them). Also staff seemed to generally not want to help, or expect tips for not doing anything. I'm not against tipping, but I expect to be served first, and a tip be reflective of the service. Information wasn't readily made available, information from the website was slow to access, if we could get it. We suspect that the Nexus tours rep didn't show up for work the day we needed information. We waited around for 45 minutes before leaving, returning after 45 minutes later only to be told he left for the day and no one was available to assist. Getting our money changed into smaller currency was also another huge ordeal, waiting in line to talk to someone, only for everyone we talked to refusing to be able to help in providing change. Overall we made the best of our vacation, preferring to leave the resort [Details]

Great pool, wonderful staff but will not return!

Over all the staff were great but the leadership and management apeste to be where the problems lie.
I will start with the positive points: - I love the pool, for east swimming with the kids. - The staff were kind and hard working. I was amazed watching the workers literally sweating and rushing around to do all they could be help the guests. -the beds were very comfortable!! -the coffee shop made great coffee!
The negative points: -hours of meals were difficult with young children who eat earlier -very poor communication on registration regarding restaurants and activity hours and when/where to sign up or even find information -the alcoholic drinks had barely even a sniff of liquor to them. Either drink beer or bring your own bottle of rum or tequila to make it -the first meal in the beach was the only wonderful meal. The rest were “meh”. Especially bothered by our final meal at the Mexican restaurant as I was really looking forward to having Mexican food in Mexico. -NO hand sanitizer in the Buffett or at any other food area. The only hand sanitizer was at one exterior entrance to one meal area. Shocking even in a pre pandemic state! - we were placed in he residences, a building just off the main resort. Not a major deal, but it was so loud as the building right in the main road. With the angle of our room it sounded like traffic's was driving in through the patio and out the front door…and literally I could see the highway from both views. -there were a lot of other issues, but these were the main ones and enough for me me to know I will not return and would not recommend it to others either. Upon our early arrival we were greeted by the resort staff. The staff was very welcoming, kind, and considerate, and made us feel at home.
Upon our early arrival, our room was not ready and was promised that it would be ready after 3 PM
Front desk staff quickly checked us in, gave us our wristbands, and we were invited to quickly take advantage of what the resort had to offer.
We noticed that the resort was extremely clean and welcoming. Our room was promised just after 3 PM.
Our room was located in the “residence building” At first we thought that our room would be far away from all the the amenities actually wasn't and we ended up with an extremely large and spacious small apartment like room. It included a small kitchen and large refrigerator.
The pools were clean, the restaurants surpassed our expectations.
We felt extremely safe and we would recommend this resort to anyone.
The staff seemed extremely happy, and in return the guests were happy and seemed happy to be there as well. [Details]

Pulling up to The Hotel Lobby was nothing special, it didn't wow us, check in was fine except they didn't explain that for the Akayami Hibatchi Grill table you can't reserve on the reservations link, you need to line up at the restaurant at 3pm the day of for a spot at 6,7 or 9pm. A lot of people were mad as they didn't know this. We got in one of the days and it was probably the most entertainment at the resort! So definitely try to get a spot. Pools were clean, but their pool umbrellas were all broken and it was super strong sun! My kids love the water and we're burnt because peak sun in 10am-4pm. I asked for them to open but a lot of the staff don't speak English!! Food was mediocre, Buffett juices were good, drinks were fine. Italian restaurant brochetta and Boccachini salad were delicious! Sad there is no Nightly entertainment or an area for shows like other resorts I've been to. Waves are huge can't swim in the ocean. Coffee shop is good! You can get cheesecake and brownies there as well as lattes! The buffet only uses a machine for coffees but the coffee shop makes real lattes ect. Prices in gift shop are rediculous! Bring your sunscreen!! $39 US a bottle or you can walk left on the beach for 25 min and hit up the La coma is around 20US there. We upgraded from the residence's building as it is far back and away from evrtything which was not told when booking! So we spent an additional $650 Canadian. I wouldn't go back, grounds were pretty and resort was clean. Good for Those that like to just relax. I'd give it a 7/10 [Details]

This hotel is tired and overwhelmed. The room we booked wasnt ready on arrival at 430pm in the afternoon. We were provided a lesser room with smaller beds and ac that didn't work. Cracked paint, tiles missing, wall paper peeling, rooms cleaned to the minimum, pools in disrepair, bathrooms in public areas disgusting. The food across the board was terrible. We survived on omelettes from the buffet as most everything else was inedible. This was most disappointing. The staff was AMAZING however in spite of all of this. We “upgraded” to an ocean view room. It was filthy, surfaces had not been wiped, footprints in the glass of the door and balcony, spills on the floor, very dusty AC vents and under the bed. Had to complain three times to get it cleaned. The dust remained even after the clean. Towels were taken and not replaced, had a face cloth day 1 and never again, mini fridge was never filled, had to ask for water and coffee for the room daily , towels were frayed, I could go on. The food was sub par for the most part, the buffet being the worst, food sitting in heaters for a long time and drying out. Had heartburn everyday! Tables were sticky and not wiped between guests unless asked to do so. Some of the staff were very unfriendly, almost surely, though most were good. Lots of repairs to be done. [Details]

Friendly but with some flaws and needs improvement
Nolpkelowna, Kelowna, BC
2023-01-14
I really looked forward to this booking before arriving! Was well over 2 full years since being to Mexico until this past week. Staff were quite friendly overall but in so many regards the communication was so very difficult here. The concierge staff knew English reasonably well but it became difficult to only be able to communicate any needs to them. Most of the other staff knew very little English and I tried so hard to speak in Spanish as much as I could.
We received very little in room service and many times our towels diminished down from the 4 we had in place at one point early on to just 2 towels and no face cloths ever and no med sized towels ever. Shampoo was very missed as never replenished and same as soap. And same as toilet paper and that is a major no no! This lack of service was even in our second room as first room was a complete nightmare!
1st room given... -super loud and just awful other guests next to us and that was night one and I got almost no sleep all night and I almost lost it on those guests but kept my composure! -safe did not work at all! -tv was the absolute pits and so small and did not work as per digitalizing constantly and cutting in and out always. -the shower leaked onto floor so bad! The door did not close very well! -plus other flaws!
Had to up and move and the next room was at least quiet the rest of the nights! But very lacked on servicing. We even left reasonable tips to make it happen and did not!
The hotel is getting on in age a bit and the hot tubs were very hit and miss on working properly or not our entire time there. The last couple days one was totally busted and the other one maxed out at about 75 degrees temperature! Not good! Many others addressed this so I did not have to. I already had addressed some other issues.
The good though... -friendly overall -good concierge staff -some nice restaurants in place, especially the Mexican one and the Japanese one! -karaoke was fun and they had 2 different nights of karaoke -food overall, especially the hamburgers at Surfos, was excellent!
I think though with all the maintenance issues and the age appearance that we will book somewhere else next time though.
Overall too the washrooms just needed urinal cakes and more cleaning action! Not a fan of smelly washrooms and other smelly guests!
Internet was hit and miss too on slowness/regular proper speeds.

I've been in Mexico 5th times, and this one was our worst experience ever.Food was terrible and almost no taste and not much options. The quality of drinks and food was super low. The buffet wasn't a normal buffet as other resorts even for breakfast not much options. The people working in the resort didn't English at all and the room service was bad .the resort is just beside the highway and most of the rooms had the very loud noise from highway specially at night. The drinks cups beside the pool was dirty and they re-use the plastic cups over and over without proper wash. We all got sick and my kids had a very bad stomach pain and vomiting a lot during our stay. Overall, I will not recommend anyone to stay in this resort .waste of money and time. My thoughts.
Jada Unsworth, Lethbridge, AB
2022-12-01
The resort was great but for the price I paid, I feel as though there could be improvements. 1. Night life/ shows. I would have liked to have seen evening shows. And the one that did happen during my stay, wasn't advertised for. So my group missed out. 2. Cleanliness. There was scattered garbage throughout the resort. In the bushes and flowers, under the poolside tanning chairs. 3. Food variations. The food was the same daily and a lot of it didn't accommodate allergies and diet restrictions. 4. Food and drinks PASSED 11:00pm 5. Music at all locations and at the adult pool. 6. I was in room 4121- the phone, the safe and the fridge didn't work.
That being said, the staff was PHENOMENAL. Very welcoming, kind, hard working. We found our favourites throughout the week and we were very pleased to have the same poolside waiters throughout our stay! Huge shoutout to Daniel, Julian, and Margarita (the man with braces), Izero at the sports bar, Hugo, Manuel and Mario (at the concierge). We really did enjoy our stay and I do believe with minor improvements, the resort would reach up to a true 5*. [Details]

Definitely not a 5 star
Jeremy Kauffman, Salmon River, NS

This hotel was advertised as a 5⭐️ resort, but was a 3 at best. The check in was simple enough; we paid a $14 CDN hotel tax. The room was on the far end of the property. Once we got in the room we found the coffee pot was broken and no coffee in the room. This was rectified the next morning; however, there was only coffee brought in twice during the week. We also found ants in the room.
The mini fridge was not stocked and there were no face cloths. The shelf for the towels was coming out of the wall.
We noticed many signs of disrepair and aging around the property. The lounge chairs were all in need of a good staining, the pools had many tiles broken and missing. There were many pot holes in the cement around the pools.
The food seemed to come from one central kitchen, so it never came hot. The best meal was at the Ayami grill at the hibachi. The food was prepared in front of you so it was very hot. [Details]

This hotel is pleasant but certainly does not cater to English speaking guests. If you are Spanish speaking and have a family, the two family pools would be a blast. We spent the majority of our time at the adult pool or in the chairs on the beach. Weather in October was beautiful! We found other Spanish speaking guests to be very rude, constantly playing their own music over the pool music so there would often be 6 or 7 different groups playing music at the same time. It was so frustrating. Staff focused mainly on guests they could communicate with and we were never once offered poolside service like the Spanish speaking guests. Same goes for the buffet and restaurants. Experienced staff were helpful but they seemed to have mostly new staff. We were in one of the hotel restaurants for 2 1/2 hours one night because they either ran out of food or our waitress brought us the wrong food or she was too busy with other tables to bring our food on time. The manager was no help either. Rooms were fine but there were small cockroaches in the bathroom so that was gross. Overall it was pretty clean. Buffet food was fine but the same every day. Supply chain to this resort seemed to be an issue. They ran out of a lot of things and there were not many options. Plumbing and public bathroom cleanliness was not great. It's also odd that there is no late night food available. Room service is hit and miss at best. We asked for water bottles three times one night and never got them. The tapas bar was supposed to have food but didn't at any point or they were closed. The wifi is terrible. Absolutely terrible. We will not be returning to this resort. [Details]

The strong points
This resort would be great for families. It seems to be their focus and I think that would be the main reason to go to this resort
The weak points
Biggest weak points would be food, plumbing and the significant language barrier. We have been to Mexico quite a few times and have never had this experience before.

We had a good time at the Krystal Grand but probably would not return. The location was beautiful and the resort was fairly quiet as it was the off season. However the food quality was not that great (even noticed difference from the beginning of our week to the end) and the resort was very inconsistent in service. Including housekeeping and maintenance. We did find out there had been a recent management change and majority of staff turnover. So hopefully it was just temporary issues. But we won't be back to find that out. Met a few couples there who had been to this resort multiple times who were also unhappy with recent changes and would not return. [Details]
Food was much much better than anticipated; we had a longer stay (8nights) and got a chance to experience every restaurant multiple times. Junior suite was spacious for my family of four, including a 10mths old and a 3yrs old son. Kids clubs was a lifesaver, can't thank the staffs at the kids club enough. My son is hyper active and this made all the difference for us. [Details]

We loved the hotel room. Pool side. Facing ocean. Bathroom faucet was very loose. Requires maintenance. King size bed very comfortable. Wifi: Spotty. Sometimes would log off in room. Did not work on balcony. Not available poolside. Staff worked very hard. Very accommodating. Check-in was slow. Need more staff. Servers brought drinks while in line. Snacks would have been nice as we were arriving in late afternoon. After check-in, and arrival to our room, restaurants/snack bars were closed in prep for dinner. Other than check-in, Front desk was very helpful. Two groups of room service: cleaning/bed making, and coffee/water bottle replacement. We had to call twice due forgotten coffee/water restock. They quickly responded. Dinners at "The Grill" and "Ayami" fine dinning were excellent. We went to both twice. Dinner at "Risotto" excellent, however quantity was small. Order appetizers! No entertainment in complex, Did not affect us. Beach is beautiful but not swimmable due current/undertow. Adult pool lounge chairs occupied early. General pool, no problem. Less than 20 minute walk via sidewalk (sometimes narrow & uneven) to two large department stores which were very modern/clean. Half hour via beach. [Details]

At best, this is a 2.5 stars resort! No towels in our room at checkin. Dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor. Air conditioner leaked from the ceiling taking 4 days to fix. Bar fridge was only refreshed a few times with a max of 2 beers and waters. Large outside planter was broken with the contents leaking into the pool. Long lineups at the main pool snack bar for both drinks and food. From getting in line up to receiving food often took 30 minutes. Snack bar chef was an angry man who refused me ketchup pushing me off to one of the other staff. And the next day he snapped at the order clerk forcing her to only give me 3 slices of pizza rather than 4. The snack bar constantly ran out of food every day. No guacamole, no fish tacos, no chicken for the chicken quesadillas, no pizza, etc. Had to lineup at both buffet restaurants for breakfast, and the grill and Italian restaurants for dinner. At least the grill had a pager. The Mexican restaurant was closed. You had to lineup at 2:30pm to get into the Japanese restaurant at 3pm to make a reservation for the hibachi grill for the same evening. The adult pool was disgusting in cleanliness and adult behaviour. Witnessed a women throw up pool side at the adult pool in front of security. The mess of towels and chairs where this occurred was still there 4 hours later. Both pool entrance showers from the beach at the adult pool didn't work. Food was ok. Italian was the best but the dishes were all appetizer size.
Whiffs of septic were strong from the pool snack at through the corridor to the adult pool!!
We booked this trip with little notice but paying for one week which we found out others paid for 2 weeks was hard to take. That's really our problem though.
If you go after reading this, opt for the Junior Garden View Swim Up as it was simply spectacular!! Most of the staff were great. Prepare to tip heavily for faster service and better drinks. The beach location of this resort is incredible! San Jose is less than a 10 minute ($10 USA) taxi ride and is beautiful with countless good restaurants, bars, and shops. We did walk both ways one day taking 70 minutes one way down the beach and out the public access to town. [Details]

We opted for the Junior Swim Up Garden View which was simply awesome. If you can swing the extra cost, this made the experience worth it!! Most of the bar staff were great especially at the lobby bar and martinis bar. Restaurant staff were good.
The weak points
Poor service to room. Long line ups at buffet, restaurants and snack shed for both food and drinks. Food was mediocre.

Nice rooms, clean and stocked. Food in the buffet was excellent. Japanese restaurant was very good. Italian restaurant food was average but the pizza and lasagna was above average. Service at all levels was excellent but the check-in process was extremely slow and cumbersome for our group and seemed about the same for any group coming in when we were in the lobby bar and when we asked people we met. There was no orientation process, papers or seminar and I did ask at check-in so it was a bit of an adventure finding out what was available or when it was available. There was no entertainment at night but we didn't miss it. [Details]

This was a great getaway after 22months of Covid. The check in was quick, the hotel is gorgeous and staff work diligently to keep it extremely clean. All staff wore their masks at all times. The pools are beautiful. If you are going in January it is quite chilly if you aren`t in the sun. The adult pool is heated so that was nice. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The food was ok however you are a 5-10min uber ride from fantastic restaurants with delicious food. There is a beautiful view and easy access to the beach from the hotel grounds however once we arrived we were informed that the ocean was rough and more suited for surfing. The wifi was spotty at best in the hotel room and no access in certain areas of the hotel. Perfect resort for families! [Details]

The Good,The Bad,and The Ugly
The Good
Krystal Grand Los Cabos resort is absolutely beautiful, with some spectacular views from our suite.
The Bad
Our suite was missing balcony furniture, as I mentioned earlier.
The Ugly
Lineups!!!
I will start with the positive points:
- I love the pool, for east swimming with the kids.
- The staff were kind and hard working. I was amazed watching the workers literally sweating and rushing around to do all they could be help the guests.
-the beds were very comfortable!!
-the coffee shop made great coffee!
The negative points:
-hours of meals were difficult with young children who eat earlier
-very poor communication on registration regarding restaurants and activity hours and when/where to sign up or even find information
-the alcoholic drinks had barely even a sniff of liquor to them. Either drink beer or bring your own bottle of rum or tequila to make it
-the first meal in the beach was the only wonderful meal.
[Details]

[Details]
Beautiful view by day, nothing to do by night
Service exceptional BUT food inedible
Will never go back here
Friendly but with some flaws and needs improvement
-friendly overall
-good concierge staff
-some nice restaurants in place, especially the Mexican one and the Japanese one!
-karaoke was fun and they had 2 different nights of karaoke
-food overall, especially the hamburgers at Surfos, was excellent!

Worst experience ever
My thoughts.
4. Food and drinks PASSED 11:00pm
The mini fridge was not stocked and there were no face cloths. The shelf for the towels was coming out of the wall.
We noticed many signs of disrepair and aging around the property. The lounge chairs were all in need of a good staining, the pools had many tiles broken and missing. There were many pot holes in the cement around the pools.
The food seemed to come from one central kitchen, so it never came hot. The best meal was at the Ayami grill at the hibachi. The food was prepared in front of you so it was very hot. [Details]
