The strong points

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The weak points

Meals at the 1 restaurant were limited and not tasty. No entertainment! Poor bathroom lighting for elderly. Not eligible for IHG points. Pool and "hot tub" very cold.

The strong points

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Close to walkway, beach and other amenities. Breakfast fresh with options.

The weak points

Dinner and lunch menu is very limited from the same menu . Not alot of choice. Suggestion mexican buffet night.

Hotel is 3 years old, clean and has great staff. On the all inclusive, the food gets boring and really don't appreciate the cheapest beer and wine on the market..that could improve. [Details]

Excellent hotel to stay at but remember it is not a resort. There is no beach club associated with this hotel. There is a public beach that is excellent at the marina. Excellent food off the al a carte menu and there were many restaurants within walking distance. La Cruecita is a 15 minute walk from here as well, worth the time to do. Right at the marina if you want to go out on the boats but you are within walking distance of other beaches to swim or snorkel in. It didn't even feel like a resort town, there are a lot of people but it had a small town vibe to it, which I loved. This is a gem, I would return in a heartbeat. [Details]
