Ok stay

We stayed as part of Air Canada Vacations. Hotel (not resort) was 7/10… clean grounds, very comfy bed, lovely pool area (Tiki Bar with great Saturday afternoon DJ) and daily room service. Room could use extra cleaning in bathroom (dirty behind faucets & dusty vanity) Safe wasn't working upon arrival. Black out curtains (that were 8” too short) fell from window when closing at night (quickly fixed) and water in shower/tub kept running whole stay. No smoking in hotel but there was a conference and smell of smoke on main floor near room they were partying in was strong. [Details]

The strong points

Mini fridge, microwave & kitchen sink. Elevator in each building with entrance near parking. Daily room service. Parking included in extra $30 resort fee (covered in our booking cost) No windows to open/ no balcony for fresh ai

The weak points

Asked at check in if room had balcony. Quickly told they had none & never checked to see if any available. Wouldn't classify as a resort - definitely hotel with lovely grounds on a busy road. When on front of hotel as we were, road noise loud at night.

Sanitary measures

Bathroom was cleaned daily. Unaware of any other sanitary measures.
