Royal Sea Cliff Kona By Outrigger

Arrived near midnight so first impression was limited. Delighted to wake up to a beautiful morning over looking the ocean (over top the pool house). Overall the grounds were well kept and clean. As an older property it is currently undergoing a large renovation and not sure if that was to include the unit we were assigned to or not. Other than the bathroom our unit was in decent condition and was quite large with a nice covered deck. Having travelled to Kona for a family wedding and other members staying elsewhere we definitely had the nicest accommodation. It appears most of Kona has older -properties especially in the Condo/Timeshare side of things. There is no beach access in front of the property but there are several beaches nearby. Parking was great as it was underground and secure. Front desk was very helpful and other than issues with the Room Safe there were no other things to report. Kitchen utensils were a bit sketchy but usable. We stayed 10 very relaxing days and enjoyed every one of them. We would definitely stay at this property again. [Details]
