Great place to stay.

I have stayed here each of the last 3 years and have been very pleased. Great heated pools and hot tub. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location close to great variety of restaurants and attractions.Hotel is being renovated over time and they are doing a good job of it. Only drawback for me was the wifi was too weak for more distant rooms. Great value hotel. [Details]

Close to shopping or Disney if someone is interested - I wasn't. I never ate in the restaurants so review is not accurate on that point.

The weak points

Lack of consistent WIFI.

Stayed in this resort before but this time was terrible. At check-in these things were wrong in our room--shower/microwave/sink taps/sink stopper /no coffee maker/bad stains on bathroom floor/ water stains on guest room ceiling/safe not working. Took 2 full days to get maintenance to come to room Then just shower was fixed and microwave changed. Housekeeping didn't come till 3:30 most days and often shorted us towels etc. Internet wouldnt work in our room front desk said never does on that wing?? All in all no attempt to satisfy guest! After booking I read some negative reviews on line ,so was a little worried however upon check-in we found this to be a great spot for the money! 3 pools,renovated rooms and friendly staff who could ask for more at these great rates? [Details]
