Excellent hotel, great location. The room was a good size, and very quiet, which was key to me. Hula Grill had the best meal that we had in all of Waikiki--plus a great evening sunset view--highly recommend it. Duke's is also great for an after-beach drink and/or food. :) [Details]

The strong points

Excellent food, very friendly and courteous staff, great view

The weak points

Getting in to the hotel after 11 pm, long flight, and having only one front desk agent available, who was busy with a huge group. Quite tired. Not finding out about the complimentary coffee until 3 days prior to departure. :)
