Great experience. We were just disappointed in how much the hotel taxi charged us. They charges us four times more than one of the yellow taxis. [Details]

The first shock when we arrived was the fact that the resturant in the hotel was fully booked, and since it was christmas eve all shops were closed and all resturants seemed reserved. We asked at the front desk what options we had to have a dinner, and the only idea they had to offer was check the resturant (but we were turned away because we had no reservaction. needles to say we did not have much celebrating to do on Christmas eve (nothing to eat at all, except for the soda in our bedroom fridge). This was the same for Christmas day also all resturant are fully booked and all shops are closed so we only had the breakfast to go on.

no jaccuzy in the rooms not even in hotel for general use. The hotle seemed to have a spa facility which we were told has a sauna and excersie room, but this facilty was alway closed. We checked it out 4 days during our weekly stay and found it closed. The front desk kept saying that the facility closed early that specific day and will be open the next day but after 4 days we concluded it was the agreed upon party line and stoped asking.

The facilities do not add up to a 5 star hotel. [Details]
