Kunuku Aqua Resort

We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and atmosphere of this hotel. It is a smaller hotel so the food variety isn't great, but the food is of great quality. The kids had an amazing time, even without an active kids club. The free shuttle into town and beaches is great.

I'm not a picky person but have two complaints; one is that the rooms do not come with blankets. I understand the logic, save on AC, but we didn't even turn ours on and I was still cold (poor circulation lol). The hotel was more than willing to provide extra sheets, but for me that just doesn't do it. When we return, I'd definitely bring one along with me. My one cleaning complaint is in the dining area, its open, so birds fly and poop on chairs. You could see the staff wiping them sometimes, but it seemed it wasn't done enough. I feel they should be scrubbed every night or morning.

This is a very nice very well kept resort on the interior of Curaco. It would be a great place to take your family with little ones. If you were to stay at tis resort, I would advise to get a car for your excursions, it is very easy to get around the island and there is alot to see. Since the visitors are primarily dutch, I would encourage the resort to have a North American get together to meet other Canadians/Americans. [Details]
