Overall, better than expected.

Room provided welcome partial escape from exterior noise and pollution.

Earplugs essential for good night's sleep, as neighbourhood partying can last all night! [Details]

This hotel was perfect. The staff are very polite. My room and the bathroom were clean. Compare to others cuban restaurants, the food and the services at the restaurant were correct.
The only problem with this hotel is the Internet. They do not offer wifi. I have to go the another hotel to use Internet. [Details]

Average place average service.

Hotel standard is about average. Three stars is about right. However, the price for over Christmas stay - outrageous. This is not a resort - it is hotel in the centre of the city; it is not all inclusive - just breakfast. Breakfast buffet - quite sufficient, variety and quality pretty good (except coffee - not good at all). Location - in Cespedes Park - the main square of the city. All kinds of noisy events take place right there. All kinds of music, performances and even rehearsals. Some mentally ill can bang on an aluminum pot with the stick for hours at the time; no one is doing anything about that. Locals have a habit of overusing horns in their cars, trucks and motorcycles for no apparent reason. At the same time their vehicles are emitting heavy clouds of blue, oily smoke. All that does not feel like dream vacation. If you still decide to go this hotel, my advice is - take a pair of ear plugs with you, or you will be deprived of sleep. [Details]
