It was solid place to stay in Santigo - currently (Dec 2012) the hotel is still showing damage from hurricane Sandy - but it is being repaired. [Details]

This hotel offers outstanding service. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are hospitable from the front desk, bell boys, customer service, managers, life guard, cleaning staff, chambermaid and waiters. The entertainment is superb. There was a fabulous water ballet, piano with breakfast every morning and evening entertainment in the lobby bar. The hotel has a beautiful penthouse bar from which you can see the whole city at night. Magnificent. The pool is very clean and well maintained and the managers oversee the area in a friendly, yet firm manner. The food is superior. The hotel receives visitors from all over the world offering an international experience. Our thanks for a wonderful vacation and well done. [Details]
