Not having any previous knowledge of the hotel I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Checking in was handled quickly and efficiently by a friendly staff person. I was advised of the many services provided by the hotel including a spa and rooftop pool which I used daily. My overall experience was very positive one and would consider staying at this hotel on a return visit to Cartagena [Details]
