The staff at the hotel were amazing. They went above and beyond any expectations I had. They were courteous, friendly, helpful and so much more. I am gluten intolerant, the staff had excellent recommendations, I will have to return to try some more of the recommended restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. In the heart of downtown Victoria. The staff love their job and it shows in the extras touches provided for me i.e.: Epson salts and orange juice, water, marking places to see on maps that were handy. [Details]

The strong points

Room is clean and comfortable and well maintained. The staff were always very friendly and checking to make sure my stay was going well and offered assistance.

The weak points

Bathrobe in the room would have been great.
