Victoria

We enjoyed our stay at in at laurel point. It was in the perfect location with great views and easy access to a lot of amenities. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, or saying hello as you pass. My only suggestions would be that parking is included in your stay, not an additional charge, and a hot tub by the pool would be nice.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. They went above and beyond any expectations I had. They were courteous, friendly, helpful and so much more. I am gluten intolerant, the staff had excellent recommendations, I will have to return to try some more of the recommended restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. In the heart of downtown Victoria. The staff love their job and it shows in the extras touches provided for me i.e.: Epson salts and orange juice, water, marking places to see on maps that were handy.

I was upgraded to a suite and room look tidy and clean. I tried out the Wellington salmon at its restaurant is well beyond my expectation.
