Clean, comfortable--good restaurant but cold, cold, cold.
Richmond is not an area that is user friendly when finding anything, The city is ill laid out and signage is awful so if you are driving GPS is a big help. [Details]

The strong points

clean, comfortable, Westin and covered parking was available for your duration at what I felt was a good price.

The weak points

I wis wishing it was a white tablecloth restaurant so I could use it as a shawl, it was that chilly--definitely an architectural problem
