The strong points

The hotel was very well located for enjoying what Ottawa had to offer. The view from our Deluxe 15th floor room was spectacular. The hotel staff were excellent to deal with and very accommodating.

The weak points

The room needed minor attention to some fixtures. Too many homeless around the hotel that gave us an uneasy feeling but they didn't bother us.
