We would stay here again. It is not fancy, but the rooms are spacious and clean. We had a couple minor issues with our room and they were dealt with quickly. [Details]

The strong points
The condo was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was very good and well priced. Very close to grocery store and a few restaurants. Close to Disney.
The weak points
Rooms could have been a bit better maintained. Garbage bins outside were always over-flowing.

Beautiful condo units, kept grounds and gates property. Staff was very friendly. Sounded like the bar was lively thurs-sat nights. There are many places called Tuscana in Florida, when getting directions make sure you go to the right place! [Details]

Tuscana was very comfortable. We had arranged a 2 room suite, but were, for some reason not known to us, given a 3 room. It was clean and spacious. Nice sized kitchen and eating area. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly but didn't seem to be very knowledgeable or accommodating on anything outside of the ordinary (for eg - we rented a wireless router and had to return it by 10 the night before we left as opposed to leaving it in the room or a drop off area because we were leaving at 6:30am, before the office opened - therefore were not able to double check our flight status in the morning online). We were 5 min drive to a grocery store and 15 min drive to Disney, which was perfect. The review won't let me complete without making a note about the food, so changed it to 1*, but that's only because we keep kosher and didn't even notice a restaurant [Details]

there was someone getting the land nearby for building another resort and burning all the trees, not Tuscana's fault, but the burning smell was annoying.

Internet and WiFi were unavailable. My husband was not travelling with me and it took him two days to actually get the phone number to my unit. Staff are not particularly helpful and in one instance, were downright rude. I would not want to stay here again. [Details]

This resort is located pretty close to Disneyland with minimal traffic in the area. Condo suites are well maintained. However, the wall are pretty thin, as you can hear the washing machine from next door and kids running around. [Details]

From the day that I booked my travel, I always thought this is "Tuscana World HOTEL". However, I'm wrong. If it advertise as a resort home (instead of hotel), I would feel better after this trip.
This is because: 1) There is no room service (i.e. they don't clean your room at all). 2) You have to clean-up your own garbage. 3) They only provide you one garbage bag for the whole week - you have to buy your own if you want more (according to the front desk - yes we did ask). 4) There is only one roll of toilet paper per each washroom. You have to buy your own if you want more (according to the front desk - yes we did ask). 5) Oh, there is no shower gel...
However I have to admit, the rooms are ok, the location is good (2 exits away from Disney) and the environment is quiet (at the building 4 that we stayed at). I also like the fact that there is a kitchen so we cook our own.
Again, if it advertise as a resort home, then I think it is more appropriate. I would still recommend this for families. [Details]

An excellent get-away. This is not a hotel, there is no maid service. You are staying in a self-catering condo, but everything is provided.
We had a 2 bedroom condo, with two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, and full laundry. There were 3 TV's, one in each bedroom and another in the living room that also had a DVD player. The kitchen was set with dishes, cutlery, glasses, cookware and all the appliances you'd need. Dish soap and dish towels were even provided. Bring Tide and Bounce for the laundry.
The resort is beautiful, with ample parking, a nice view of the golf course, an excellent clubhouse and pool area with hot tub, and a small restaurant. We were about a 2 minute walk from the clubhouse.
The resort is located south of Orlando, about 15-20 mins to the Disney parks and about 25-30 mins to Universal. We found this to be one of the best things about the resort. It was much quieter and out of the hustle and bustle of the parks and International Drive. You must have a car if you plan to stay here, it's too far to go without. We had no traffic issues the whole week we were there.
The area around the resort is secluded, but very close to a Publix Supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, Liquor Store, McDonalds, 7-11 and a Chili's restuarant (highly reccomended).
Don't think twice about staying here, you won't be disappointed. If you're ok with taking care of the place yourself for a week, you'll be glad you picked this condo resort over a hotel. [Details]
