Excellent Vacation Home

Our vacation home was less than 10 minutes from Disney, and right around the corner from many different restaurants and shops. The pool was perfect, that was our kids favorite part of our vacation. There was also a game room which we used every night. We will definitely be booking this again next time! [Details]

We were very happy with the location, amenities. We had a late night check-in, so office was closed. The instruction info for opening the lock box to obtain the key & address are poorly written. We had to call, then wait for a call back in which the person was rude.
The home was nice. With a nice touch of breakfast food in the fridge. But the house needs a GOOD cleaning. The bedding is very ratty and we were unsure how clean it was (pillow slips were stained, blankets soiled). ALL bedding had to washed the next morning. The carpet throughout was filthy.(We were disappointed of the overall cleanliness). We also had a cockroach.
The home was spacious. The pool/yard was clean & well keep.
Too receive Wi-Fi was a $25 charge. [Details]
