This was a resort and not just a hotel. So beautiful with a lake and palm trees with lots of greenery . The food at the bar restaurant was so good and the ice cream at the other wing and in the onsite Starbucks was so good. Bonus having a starbucks in the hotel. The shuttle service to the parks and the drivers were super nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back. [Details]

The strong points

We had a lake view and you could see the disney parks fireworks every evening. Such a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Super clean and if you needed anything room service was so quick and efficient. The pools and hot tubs were very nice .

Overall our experience was great! The cleaning service was bad, we always found that we needed to ask for something that was missed, including cleaning the room! Despite this, we were quickly given what was missed. [Details]

The room cleaning service wasn't the greatest. One day we were missed and a few days we needed to call for supplies that had not been replenished.. is, toilet paper
