I realize there was a horrible accident at this resort the day of our arrival, but we were given absolutely no information about anything on check in. Things we learned throughout the week were given to us by other guests ! The concierge in the lobby was so helpful. Pool was closed for a few days, but upon opening was lovely. Rooms definitely need an upgrade. Location is great ! [Details]

The strong points
Location is a definite plus. Walking distance to Whalers Village & other restaurants. Pool was great & ocean views were the best !
The weak points
No maid service !! (For a fee of course) Rooms need an upgrade….bathroom was horrible.
