The experience at the hotel was not pleasant charged a $30 a day fee when Constuction was being done on the building. Had to get barbeque utensils from the security guard requiring you to leave your passport or government ID which I did not want to do. When you can rent chairs from behind the desk with no ID that cost much more than a pair of barbeque tongs.Stayed for nine days and the room was only cleaned once. Kitchenette was very tiny with very basic utensils and pots . [Details]

The strong points

Great view. Nice sized pool convenient store on the six floor was an added bonus.

The strong points

The desk people checking in and out were very good. Our flight leaving the hotel wasn't until 10pm, and check out was noon. I asked them if we could keep our luggage there while we shopped and they did

The weak points

For the 7 days we were here no one cleaned our room once. We didn't expect them to clean everyday cuz of Covid, but the day the maid was going to clean, we weren't ready to leave the room yet and told her to come back in an hour, she never came back

The hotel is in a great location, just a block from all the action. Older hotel, the rooms are showing their age. It was windy all through our stay, and the wind rattled our door and windows. It was so loud, they definitely need to update the windows and patio doors. The pillows are terrible, as flat as they come. The front desk staff were great to deal with. [Details]

The weak points

Older room Hot Tub was not working some of the time Pool was cold Pillows are flat and very uncomfortable Room was noisy - had to sleep with ear plugs

So this is a hotel/ condo mix. which was nice because we were able to talk to the locals and see what they would recommend to eat and to do.

hotel room itself is comfortable. had everything you really needed. yes a bit on the small side, but why do you need such a big room? you should be out and about!! higher floors are quite, so i got a amazing sleep every night.

10 min walk to the beach, they had beach chairs and towels for you to use, nice pool/ sauna room.

location is AWESOME so much food and shopping!!

only negative is that i found a itty little beetle. yes kinda gross.. but its humid and hot so bugs are obvious... [Details]
