Everyone very polite, helpful and very clean accommodations! Great vacation accommodations and will definitely stay there again next year!

Areas of the hotel run down and looked to need repair or upgrade, staff not very friendly outside of sales/marketing or event planning and housekeeper

First it was an expensive stay to say the least. Second we were there for 4 days and had to call room service to come and clean the room. Third we were lead to believe the rooms were renovated, that was a lie. Poor paint job, mold under the bathtub faucet, sliding door was very hard to open and close and the balcony was a joke.

Beautiful spot not too far from the beach, the pool area was nice for the evening swim. The elevators sucked, people would cram in them cause one would come ever 10 mins.. even when the one would come finally,then it would be crammed to the max.. we where on the 9th floor so we would take the stairs at least once a day.. we where there for 7 days and housekeeping came only once. I called and asked, they do it every 3 days but our first housing was 5 days in.. then the next day they where trying to do it again and we didn't need it.. Overall Hawaii is amazing and I loved the hotel cause it wasn't in a super busy spot. Tho there was a group that would come at 7am to the Hilton and do a chant, that woke us up lol.

Overall experience was good. When we pointed out the problem we the shower head they changed it right away.

Great, affordable hotel! Has so many activities within and around the grounds. North Shore beach is beautiful and great for Surfing with the big waves.

Our stay was splendid at the hotel. Both my dear eide and myself enjoyed the breakfast daily. The service by everyone was top notch! I have a terminal illness and was basically 'living the dream' when we arrived in Hawaii; Your great establishment helped me in that aspect. It is truly unforgettable!!

Because of the pandemic and other issues, we hadn't travelled in about 5 years, One week at the Princess Kaiulani was a gentle entry back into international travel for us. The weather was beautiful, it was easy and very low stress,

The overall experience is wonderful. We appreciate being able to use the washroom and towels after checking out.Staff is friendly. Hotel is close to amenities and beaches though I'm not a beach person. However...I asked 2 different staff, one how to get to Diamond Head on foot and immediately was told "You can't". I asked why not. "Too far" Well I've done it before from diffferent hotels. Another told me "You can't" walk to Hanauma Bay coz it's a marathon distance.Have you done a marathon? I didn't tell her that I've done the camino de Santiago, hiked Palestine, hiked Turkey etc. but I took her counsel...walked from the hotel to Kilauea Ave and took the bus from there to Hanauma Bay. Well,one CAN walk along the highway because there is a sidewalk on both sides of the highway.....These people have not walked to these places and therefore they are NOT in the position to advice. They should show the route if they know and/or admit they are not familiar with the route(the first one admitted she didn't how to get there, so why say "You can't).....Breakfast was really appreciated.

Overall acceptable standard with very friendly and helpful staff.
