I thought we had made a mistake going to a small resort away from town. Boy was I wrong. From the moment we walked in we were treated to amazing hospitality. All of the staff are great. The greet you with a smile ever time. I got a big hug from four of the staff on our departure. They were like family, and it was hard to say goodbye. The food is the best I have ever had at a resort, or cruise, [including a luxury cruise in French Polynesia, and it was great]. The resort is old, and in need of updating,[ and repairs] that I understand is going to start in June. I just hope they keep the ambiance.

Holiday at, Isla Mujeres Palace, Cancun

Ex-let service and very friendly staff, Very Clean rooms, dining area and outside surroundings, no noise. It was a pleasure to spent 7 days in this hotel..
