Cayo Paredon

Our experience at the resort was great. Even though there were a few shortages like potatoes and on and off chicken or beef (to be expected especially right now), everything was great. The staff were always nice and friendly. We missed some things when there, but the weather and everything else made up for it! The beach is amazingly well kept, a few guys clean up all the Sargassum and also have a shell or two to give to people on the beach. My wife and two kids each got a big conch from one of the gentlemen. If you see a guy with a bright red hat with a Maple Leaf on it (Not sure if it fit it was a bigger size). He's great tip him well if you see him. The biggest issue we had was inconsistent drinks and dinner service. One of the guys on the pasta station being kinda slow.
