When I booked this vacation and saw that H10 London Waterloo was the hotel I was staying at I was happy because I had stayed in one of they're hotels on Montreal (Canada) and had a great experience! The H10 London Waterloo is in the perfect location, walking distance to all amenities and sights; its clean and the staff were incredibly helpful! The breakfast buffet is delicious - everything you could possibly want for breakfast and more is available. At the rooftop sky lounge you can enjoy a spectacular view of the City and the best sunsets!!!

This hotel is in a great location - comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet and welcoming restaurant staff.
Service at front desk varied from great to awful. It's clear the hotel staff prefer tour groups. We arrived very late (not part of a tour group) and were basically brushed off. Some staff had no idea about local restaurants, subway stops, etc. Others gave great directions for both. We were told the hotel could accept outside calls to forward to our room, then 2 hours later told not possible. Told they could not help us get a cab, next morning man on desk got us a cab!! This was the pattern the whole time we were there. So I learned to only ask two people on the desk anything.
The rooms were cleaned but again variable service - no face cloths, some days even when we asked for towels no towels, no changing of sheets until we asked directly. Once we asked, it happened but otherwise would not have. Room was also very hot - we were able to get a fan from the front desk to help with that.
Would say location and restaurant staff were great and again two fellows on front desk were fabulous but otherwise average. [Details]

We had a great time on our 2 week trip while staying at this hotel. We weren't there a lot but found the staff very helpful and friendly, the included breakfast was fabulous. The room was small but clean and well set up. We were even able email the front desk our online ticket purchases and they were happy to print them out for us. [Details]

Extremely friendly staff.
Great breakfast!
Close to Waterloo tube station, the London eye, and several other tourist sites were within walking distance.
Bathroom was small but very well set up and functional.
The weak points
Rooms are smaller than we're used to but ok for the two of us - you definitely had to keep your stuff picked up.
No ice or pop/water machines
Internet access a little spotty at times but they were working on open vs access codes at the time.
