À notre arrivée (11:00),on nous a dit d'attendre à 15:00 pour la chambre. À 15:00, la chambre n'était pas prête. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à obtenir une chambre. La personne qui nous a servi n'était pas patiente, encore moins souriante.
