This hotel was right beside Trafalgar Square so everything was close. The little kitchenette area was perfect for snacks & drinks. There is a pub right next door so some nights were a little noisy but a room away from that end of the hotel would be fine. The washroom had no counter space & the bathtub was a little high so anyone with mobility issues would have a hard time getting into the tub/shower. The concierge/front desk people were all extremely kind & helpful. I would definitely go back. [Details]

The strong points

The concierge was amazing. We had an early morning automated wake up call & the man on the front desk that night actually called 15 minutes after the wake up call to make sure we were awake! I was incredibly impressed.

The weak points

No counter space in the washroom & the fridge didn't get cold enough. Really not much to complain about.
