Sol Puerto Marina

Seward-like smell from kitchen sink & air exchanger in living room. Fridge's freezer walls iced and it imprinted all my food with "fishy" smell. Living room couch extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Shower not draining properly. Look like shower floor had been painted-patched with white paint. Toilet paper holder not staying upright. TV: with all the Canadian customers at this hotel, there should should have at least 1 Canadian tv station! There should have at least 1 telephone outlet in one of the bedroom, not only one in the living room. Kitchen: extremely outdated, walls & ceramic damaged, cupboards laminate peeling, no can opener, no pairing knife, no dish towel, etc. Elevators: I got stuck for a short period in one of the elevators ( the elevator on the left-hand side). Some times the smell was so bad in our apartment, that I felt throwing-up. I had to go on the balcony to breath fresh air. my personal rating for the staff is 9/10, my rating for our 2-bedroom apartment is 3/10. [Details]
