The best location of the entire island. The grounds, office, maid staff and bartender at the Dock bar, made my stay memorable. Clean rooms and grounds maintained to perfection.

It's a shame that the service, except a couple of them (Ashton, your boss should listen to you, your professionalism and experience would definitely help shape up this beautiful dining area and one more waitress, sorry I can't remember your name, but I believe she's the youngest one and food in the dining area is so poor. They lack motivation and clearly show no interest in the art of serving. The kitchen is so slow you would believe they had forgotten you.

Again, this resort has the best location on the calm Caribbean side! I give it a 4 star despite the poor dining room experience. Otherwise I would give it a 5 star for the Price vs Quality ratio. [Details]
