Pointe a Pitre
The Zentude is situated in a good location, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beach was nice, although not huge and the pool seemed well maintained. The room we had was very nice and served our needs, although this hotel is dated, and needs some cosmetic update. We had a kitchenette that had most of what is needed, but lacking others. As an example, no kettle, no wine glasses, no dishwashing detergent. The unit was air conditioned, but only in the bedroom, not the living room. Our stay was for a week, so we were able to manage. I would also recommend renting a car to get out and see the island, but saying that, there was a bus service that passed by the hotel. Remember this is a French island, therefore a European plug adaptor would be advisable to take with you for charging cell phones, tablets etc. [Details]
